Effective leadership starts with connection to yourself, connection to others, and connection to your work. CONNECTED is an 11-session virtual development experience designed for individual contributors who are ready to grow. This series will equip you with practical tools to take initiative, communicate with clarity, manage your priorities, and lead with emotional intelligence.
Program Details
- Format: Virtual, sessions vary from 1 to 1.5 hours
- Frequency: Twice a month
- Duration: 5 months, 11 total sessions
Come to what works for you. There's no requirement to attend every session. Feel free to pick and choose the topics most relevant to where you are in your career. Sessions stand on their own, so you can join any that interest you.
