Virtual Event Request Form

This form is designed to streamline collecting and evaluating vital information for virtual events within the Dietrich School of Arts & Sciences. By filling out this form you will be placed in the virtual event queue for the Dietrich School Events Management Team and will be contacted by a team member to setup and secure your virtual event platform. 

This form is for virtual events ONLY, if you need assistance with hybrid or in-person event planning please refer to the Academic Event Initiation Form for submission of those details.
