Jeff Petsis, as Director of Sponsored Projects Administration, oversees all pre- and post-award operations within the Dietrich School. Prior to joining Pitt, he began his career in research administration at Florida State University, and subsequently worked in the Princeton Institute for the Science and Technology of Materials and the Office of Research and Project Administration at Princeton University.
Jeff holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Classics and is currently a member of the Federal Demonstration Partnership’s (FDP) Communications Committee. When he is not working, Jeff enjoys running, cooking, reading, classic cinema, learning new languages, and spending time with his two crazy dogs.
