Sam Woolley, the William S. Sweden’s SVT Nyheter published an article about how fake Facebook accounts can influence elections. Woolley touched on how these accounts benefit Meta. The Financial Times in the UK reported on how the movement of “anti-wokeness” has helped Trump in the 2024 elections. In Japan, the Nikkei posted an article about the use of AI in elections. Woolley says it will take years to understand the impact that AI had on the past election and that there are many ways it did or could have affected it.
