About this Office

The Office of Student Records is the hub of communications between Arts and Sciences assistant deans, advisors, faculty, the Registrar’s Office, the Academic Resource Center, and students—it provides the key information they need about records and policies.

The staff in 140 Thackeray Hall provides information about the school’s policies and procedures on graduation, transfer credit, reinstatement, internal and external transfer students, and the Dean’s Honors List.

Student Records can also answer questions about general education requirements, withdrawing from courses or school, and grade options.

Folders for each of the approximate 9,800 School of Arts and Sciences undergraduate students are housed in and managed by Student Records—updated regularly with new reports, notes from deans, or other materials that show a student’s progress while at the University.
