- Details are sent one month prior to each subject-area meeting date.
How to Register Students for CHS Classes
- The CHS office will mail student application packets to you in September. Please distribute them to students who intend to register for the CHS courses. The teacher collects all completed application packets and registrations, signs the registration forms, and sends them to the CHS office. Applications should not be sent in by parents or students. The registration deadline is set by the teacher but may not be later than the following dates: first semester and full-year classes: all applications must be sent to the CHS office by December 1, or, for first semester courses, before the final exam is given. Please limit your distribution/collection period for the students to about three weeks. The registration deadline for second semester courses is March 1.
- To register a student for a CHS course, include the following completed material for each student registering:
- Application form (green)
- Registration form (all three copies)
- Parental Permission Form (white)
- Tuition check made out to the University of Pittsburgh
- Mail completed material for all students in one packet to the CHS office:
