Instructors Needed for Summer Program

The Upward Bound Program at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking qualified instructors interested in working with area high school students in a six-week summer residential program. Courses include: science, mathematics, English, Spanish, personal growth and development, professional development, computer science, and select electives (Secondary Teacher Certification is preferred).
The purpose of the Upward Bound program is to provide a supplemental academic experience—in a university atmosphere—to students in pursuit of post-secondary opportunities. Instructors will assist in student development to enhance their secondary performance as well.
