The Total Rewards Project is designed to analyze the University’s current combination of base pay; benefits; career and professional development; work/life balance; and recognition for staff with an overarching goal of ensuring that our total rewards package is designed to attract, retain, and reward high-performing, diverse employees in a manner that is aligned with the University's mission, vision and values. Detailed information about the project can be found at http://www.totalrewards.pitt.edu/.

Feel free to download Dr. Colvard's presentation (based on materials developed by Maureen Kendall, Pitt's Director of Compensation) that will be used during the sessions.
