Please watch for this email request from Human Resources and complete the questionnaire in a timely manner.

The Dietrich School will be holding open Q&A sessions on the Total Rewards Project and the Job Analysis Questionnaire on June 13 and 14
, and anyone from the Dietrich School or the College of General Studies who has questions about the process is encouraged to attend. Sessions will be held as follows:

Tuesday, June 13, 10 – 11 a.m., 4127 Sennott Square (The Martin Room)
Wednesday, June 14, 1:30 – 2:30 p.m., 4127 Sennott Square (The Martin Room)

No RSVP is necessary to attend a session. If you are unable to attend a session but have questions about the Total Rewards Project, please feel free to contact Michele Colvard or the Human Resources office by sending an email to total.rewards@pitt.edu.

The Total Rewards Project is designed to analyze the University’s current combination of base pay; benefits; career and professional development; work/life balance; and recognition for staff with an overarching goal of ensuring that our total rewards package is designed to attract, retain, and reward high-performing, diverse employees in a manner that is aligned with the University's mission, vision and values. Detailed information about the project can be found at http://www.totalrewards.pitt.edu/.

Feel free to download Dr. Colvard's presentation (based on materials developed by Maureen Kendall, Pitt's Director of Compensation) that will be used during the sessions.
